December 5-7,2008

In December 2008, Carousel Performing Arts Center  presented the full length musical production of the beloved classic, The Wizard of Oz. The cast was made up of children ages 6 -18 years old from Southern Chester County, Delaware, and Maryland. The director was a Tony and Barrymore award winning actress and professional instructor. The choreographer was a professional teaching artist with ten years as an arts educator with regional and international performing credits.

 

The children were wonderful, and for three performances, the land of Oz came to life. Our thanks and congratulations to all the cast, and the parents who helped in so many ways.
